Understanding: Sending Fact-finding Teams (Collect information about malfunctioning areas of the current structures, process, and procedures; then develop an evidence-based comprehensive approach to Security Sector Reform); Assisting “Security Sector Reform Process”; Building “Gulf Center for Defence and Security Cooperation” -Policy Level; Building “Multinational Crisis and Operation Management Center” – Strategic Level
Developing “Standing High Readiness Joint Task Forces” Concept – Operational Level
