Description

The practitioner trainings are designed as advanced courses for people with prior knowledge in nonviolent conflict transformation. The relevant knowledge can be acquired in our basic train-ings (see page 8) or similar courses. Additionally participants bring in considerable work expe-rience in the fields of nonviolence, civil conflict transformation, peace education, reconciliation or human rights.TARGET GROUPThe participants are staff of non-governmental organisations or initiatives and promote non-violence, peace and justice. By being involved in organisations and initiatives they are capable of transferring their knowledge and their skills into practice.

• Activists from local peace, human rights and reconciliation
groups
• Volunteers or persons interested in nonviolent third-party
intervention
• Persons shaping approaches for educating populations
in crisis areas
• Persons working with refugees
