Overview

Cihan works as an independent un-consultant and facilitator on conflict and development, bringing her expertise and skills required to awaken systemic change towards the planet and all the unheard voices in it- hence the name of the company as Por Muta. Currently she is engaged in conflict-sensitive programs such as human rights at factories and suppliers, child labor in agriculture, scaling green entrepreneurship, designing sustainability management systems. She benefits from nature-based mechanisms such as Theory of U, Socratic Dialogue, Deep Democracy, Art of hosting, WoC and NVC to achieve better engagement with all stakeholders.
