About

Dialogue and Conflict transformation is my field of work. I am currently holding the administrative position of a Director of Nansen Dialogue Centre Serbia. Over the past16 years, I facilitated a number of interethnic dialogue trainings in the Western Balkans, and coordinated the long-term dialogue process in South Serbia, thus contributing to the reconciliation processes between ethnic groups living in the region. The overarching themes of the trainings are Inter-ethnic dialogue, Conflict Analysis Tools, Negotiations, Mediation and the creation of strategies for change. The work with international groups comprised of peace practitioners, students, INGOs representatives at Responding to Conflict, UK and the Nansen Academy in Lillehammer, Norway enriched my expereince. In Georgia, Armenia and Kazakhstan, the trainings were focused on strengthening negotiation and mediation skills of decision-makers. I received a MA degree in Peace Studies at the Political Sciences Faculty, University of Belgrade.
