I'm enthusiastic learner and facilitator who believes lifelong learning is not a choice, but necessity. My goal is to make this learning meaningful. Help people develop, advance and change their environment for better. I believe great thoughts and small acts can make an avalanche that will improve this world.

My personal and professional journeys are both connected to education and youth work. Over the years, I have been involved in work of several important CSOs in Serbia including Voluntary Service of Serbia and Wikimedia Serbia, working as a program manager, coordinator of volunteers and trainer, working with volunteers, youth and education professionals (University and High School Professors).

I’m a member of Pool of Trainers of South East European Youth Network and Young Researchers of Serbia/Voluntary Service of Serbia, but also active as a freelance trainer and consultant for topics of volunteer management, diversity and inclusion, intercultural learning, mentoring in youth work, innovative techniques in non-formal education and peace building.
Professionally, as a pedagogue, I’ve been focused mainly on non-formal education, believing it’s the most suitable form of education in youth work, as it enables fruition of lifelong learning concept.
Role of trainer allows me to share knowledge and experience gained in both formal and non-formal education, which is a rewording and fulfilling opportunity,
