Objectives

Main Goal
- The main goal of the Baku Summer Academy is to strengthen the skills of the representatives from state institutions, business sector, INGOs/NGOs, education institutions, religious organisations, independent mediators, politicians and students through academic and as well work-field based trainings in peacebuilding, mediation, conflict resolution, international security leadership and intercultural dialogue fields.
Participation in Baku Summer Academy gives the participants education and network to build their future career worldwide level in state, private and public sectors as peace builder, manager, lawyer, diplomat, human resource officer, mediator, international and public relations manager, mentor, coacher and in etc. relevant jobs.
