Our focus in this process of change is human development. Everybody can do something to initiate positive changes: in its private surroundings, at school, in its company, in its local community or at international level.
Our guiding path is: Everybody can act for transformation.
Our educational work is process-, participant-, and action-oriented, aimed at delivering change. It is oriented towards the UN - Education for Sustainable Development and respective quality standards. Our diverse services address to social institutions, organisations and civic initiatives, as well as sustainable companies and self-help groups.
Our projects in promoting peace, especially in crisis regions, contribute to peaceful development. Projects in schools and institutions in Germany help in promoting social competencies and intercultural understanding. Thus, our projects contribute to an intercultural and just society.
